Physical Therapy

Home Health Physical Therapy services are specifically tailored for patients who are homebound. This includes patients who have recently been hospitalized, had a surgical procedure, or whose current status prevents them from safely leaving home. If you are homebound, consider out Outpatient Physical Therapy At Home Program.

Home Health physical therapy will prepare you to transition to outpatient therapy at home or in a clinic. Physical therapists are considered movement experts. Today, physical therapists are required to receive up to 7 years of education to obtain their doctorate degree in physical therapy. Physical therapy aims to maximize your movement potential, helping you live a pain-free, movement-filled life.

Occupational Therapy

Home Health Occupational Therapy services are specifically tailored for patients who are homebound. It includes patients who have recently been hospitalized, had a surgical procedure, or whose current status prevents them from safely leaving home or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).  If you are not homebound, consider out Outpatient Occupational Therapy At Home Program

Occupational therapists specialize in maximizing independence with your everyday life activities. Today, Occupational therapists are required to receive 6+ years of training to obtain either a master’s or doctorate degree in occupational therapy. From getting dressed, to preparing meals, to typing, and everything in between—our occupational therapists or in-home health care service providers will work with each patient to help improve their ability to perform their everyday needs.

Speech Therapy

Home Health speech-language pathologists (SLPs) specialize in speech, swallowing, cognitive and communication disorders. Today, SLPs are required to complete 6+ years of training to obtain a Master or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.  Regardless of what your needs are, our SLPs will work with you to regain your highest level of function.
