Home Health Services

A Plus Care LA home health services are for people who are homebound and cannot manage to travel to clinics for routine therapy and nursing appointments. Our in-home health care services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and nursing.

With the help of our medical professionals, nursing staff, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, people confined to bed because of severe illnesses or restricted mobility can stay safe and rehabilitate at home. Our professionals are licensed and trusted, helping people regain independence, improve their health and optimize their mobility.

The only requirement for in-home health care service is a doctor’s referral and a certificate from the doctor that the person is homebound.

Outpatient Therapy

Sometimes, it’s difficult for people to attend weekly appointments for outpatient orthopedic physical or occupational therapy. A Plus Care LA has resolved this problem by providing personalized and one-on-one outpatient physical and occupational therapy treatment services at home or office.

Our professional physical therapists are qualified and experienced to offer different therapy treatment solutions, addressing your unique problems. Our occupational therapists can help people to manage their temporary and permanent disabilities better and assist them in developing skills to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) more independently.

Most of our therapies and other services are covered by Medicare and some private insurance companies, or you can make out-of-pocket payments.
