Why Should You Prefer Physical Therapy for Knee Pain?

Tendinitis- Repeated knee use causes an inflammatory condition of the tendon in the kneecap. This condition is known as patellar tendinitis.


Fractures- Knee bones get fractured because of sudden accidents, falls, or sports injuries. Sometimes, low bone density naturally fractures the bone, causing knee pain.
